1. Booking Fee
A £30 booking fee is required to secure your preferred date and time. This fee will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
Important: The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel, reschedule within 48 hours, or fail to attend your appointment.
2. Laser Treatments – Patch Test Requirement
All laser treatment bookings require a patch test 24–48 hours prior to your appointment. You must attend this separate patch test appointment to proceed with treatment.
Failure to attend a patch test will result in cancellation of your treatment and loss of your booking fee.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late:
- Your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled
- This prevents delays for other clients
- Your booking fee will be forfeited
4. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without any notice will:
- Forfeit their booking fee
- May be required to pay in full for future bookings
5. Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your treatment. We accept:
- Card payments (processed securely online)
- Cash payments at the clinic
6. Refunds
No refunds are offered after a treatment has been completed, regardless of the outcome. Individual results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
7. Aftercare & Results
Clients are expected to follow all aftercare instructions provided by our practitioners. We are not liable for results affected by:
- Failure to follow aftercare guidance
- Personal lifestyle factors
- Pre-existing skin conditions not disclosed
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying:
- Rude or inappropriate behavior
- Aggressive conduct toward staff or other clients
- Failure to follow safety protocols
9. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are:
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Must be presented at the time of booking
10. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Unpaid Bookings:
- Can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance
- Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the booking fee
Paid Bookings (£30 booking fee paid):
- Cannot be cancelled - the £30 booking fee is non-refundable
- Can only be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice
- Rescheduling within 48 hours forfeits the £30 booking fee
- Contact us via phone or email to reschedule
Important: Once payment is made, cancellation is not permitted. You may only reschedule your appointment.
11. Health & Safety
For your safety and the safety of others:
- Disclose all medical conditions and medications
- Inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities
- Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
12. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided. We are not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Results not meeting personal expectations
- Complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions
